Issue:

E6000 reports an error when downloading a pattern using Win_Crea.

Symptoms:

· Error 213 is displayed on the E6000 console during the pattern download to the E6000 console.
· Error 209 is displayed on the E6000 console after the pattern download to the E6000 console.

Solution:

You find a program called CreaHlp.exe here.
Run CreaHlp.exe; a black window will be displayed.
CreaHlp will display a message stating whether your computer is a Secure Boot system or not.

For a Secure Boot system:
CreaHlp will ask you where CreaHlp can find Win_Crea.exe and start Win_Crea.exe for you.
You can now download the pattern to the E6000 console.
After completion of the download you can close CreaHlp by pressing any key or clicking on the cross.

For a NOT Secure Boot system:
Start Win_Crea and download the pattern to the E6000 console.
After completion of the download you can close CreaHlp by pressing any key or clicking on the cross.
